Do I need any special equipment?You only need a mini trampoline (also called a rebounder). All other equipment is optional including a T Bar which provides added support if required. Wear supportive athletic shoes or go barefoot, depending on your preference and the trampoline surface.

How long are the workouts?Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes. We offer quick sessions for busy days and full-length sessions for a complete workout.

Can I do this at home with limited space?Yes! Mini trampolines are compact and suitable for small spaces. Just make sure you have about 6–8 feet of ceiling clearance and a few feet around the trampoline for safety.
